For a very tasty & moist chicken – use your favorite dry spice rub on a clean, dry chicken. Add your favorite beverage to the cylinder (beer, wine, juice, or even cola), place chicken on the cylinder, standing upright, add root veggies if desired. Add enough liquid to base to cover the bottom of the pot & roast. Comes with complete directions and recipe. Teal green with mottled teal and white flecks under clear glaze.
