Beer can chicken concept but this is for your oven. For a very tasty & moist chicken – use your favorite dry spice rub on a clean, dry chicken. Add your favorite beverage to the cylinder (beer, wine, juice, or even cola), place chicken on the cylinder, standing upright, add root veggies if desired. Add enough liquid to base to cover the bottom of the pot & roast. Comes with complete directions, recipe, and a sample of our favorite seasoning from Stuart’s Spices.
